Today I bought a Nabaztag Tag bunny.
When I tried to connect the bunny, the ears turn en the lights flicker in different colors.
It doesn't turn blue when I keep the button pressed.

Does someone have had the same problem? And maybe a solution?

Hello

You must push the button when you plug-on the nabaztag (all the time)

If your nabaztag don't become blue and earz move and lights flash, it's possible that your nabaztag is a demostration nabaztag. So call/contact your sellers or send a message to the support : http://help.violet.net/index.php?langue=2&type=1 ! (Warning : support are very very very long to answers in this moment)

Thanks for your reply. Then I think its a Demonstration Nabaztag. Is there a big difference between a normal model and a demonstration model?

Because now I have a working model and a demonstration model and they both feel / look the same.

Then I think I must contact support, can't reach my seller.

There are (is ?) no difference (physical) between a normal model and a demonstration model !
Just the demonstration model move ears, light and sound (no sure for sound) without wifi settings and account, so it's impossible to install applications on th rabbit

Hmmm, so I got ripped of by the person who sold me the Rabbit. I hoped there was some sort of fix for this. Like a switch of some sort. Hope that Violet can help me with this problem. Do they react fast?

were did you buy it ? on mindscape ? in a shop ?
or did you buy it to a man ?
cause if you buy it on mindscape or in a shop you can go to this shop and explain your problem.
if you buy it to a man, you got ripped...(maybe contact him and ask him where did he buy it ?)
