No power out of the box

Bleh. Finally got one of these after thinking about it for a long time. But, it's not working at all. I plug it in and get no indication that the bunny is getting any power at all.

This is in the U.S.. I tried re-seating the power plug but it doesn't seem to matter at all. I guess I'll be sending it back for a replacement.

When you plug your rabbit, nothing happens? No lights? No "tingeling"? Not at all?

If it's the case, I'm afraid that, yes, you'll have to sent it back to Violet :-(

Nothing at all. No lights. No tingeling. Just sadness.

Oh well. I bought it at Thinkgeek here in the US. I hope they let me exchange it.
