I had problems setting up my Nabaztag tag today and ended up with two accounts. Now my Nabaztag tag just sits there with a purple light underneath refusing to do anything. I have emailed support@nabaztag.com and violet@nabaztag.com re clearing the first account and giving them the MAC number and the account that I want to keep, but I have heard nothing back. How long does this process normally take? Is there any other way to start again from scratch?

It could take one day to one week. Violet support will email you when it will be done.
No another way to start again sorry...

That's a pain, I was hoping to get some time to configure my rabbit tomorrow.

Could this comment I have just found elsewhere on the forum help me?
"An important message for those Tag/tags (you don't need to email bug@violet.net if you have a Nabaztag) that have purple lights at the base but who see that they're "Offline" on their profile and get the message "You must be logged in" in the NabLife section :
-Erase your cookies and your navigator's cache
-Go to <http://my.nabaztag.com> and use the FIRST account name and password that you had created when registering your Rabbit (in case you tried to sign up more than once)
-You Rabbit should now be recognized by the site

If this still doesn't work, send us a mail at bug@violet.net and tell us your Rabbit's serial number and the Nabname you used when first registering."

I had an email from bug@violet.net last night saying my accounts had been sorted and they were right. I can now use my rabbit.

I do have a few problems though:
1) Although I have set myself up as on GMT, my rabbit thinks it is on Eurpean time, how do I correct this?

2) The closk is actually 55 minutes fast, can I make it more accurate?
