hi. has anyone an idea how to get the right ear of my tag/tagmoving again???
i tried violets help page (pressing the button while connecting to the socket. Unfortunately this tip was absolutely useless, since violet has changed all the light signals while updating the page.

when i move it manually it is very hard to turn it. seems as if it got stuck somehow.

i bought my rabbit from pixmania. anyone ideas how the return works? i think i have to send it direcvtly to violet!?

anyone experience with any of the above???

You'd better see firstly with pixiemania.

Did both his ears turn around, in one direction then backwards ?
If yes: his ears are just fine, If not: contact the Nabaztag support team.

As if the colour of the lights has changed, you should have the ears move. Try and if it still doesn't work, see with pixiemania for an exchange .

Sigh..I have quite the same problem with the left ear of my tag\tag.

When I move it, it turns easier than right ear but when there's a message or anything like that my rabbit can move only his right ear yellownabzsad

Hi kuneho,

if possible, I woult try to check this with violet DIRECTLY!!!

I bought a tag/tag from Pixmania in November last year which was faulty, bought a 2nd one (which still works) in December and returned the first one. It took until END FEBRUARY until I got my money back ... no excuses ... PIXMANIA: NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
