I ve got a new Rabbit and the serial number is correct.
Iset up my Rabbit (Naabbzz) and got him connected to my wireless
But when Im logged into my.nabaztag.com they could find my Rabbit.And show the following message :We couldn't find your
Rabbit your Rabbit hasn't connected to our servers yet .If he doesn't have a purple light under him, it probably means he is not connected to the Internet.
But he has a violet light.I cannot subscribe to any services, because I get the message that I'm not logged in WHEN I AM!!!



Other issue: When I go to the 'My Burrow / Preferences' section of my account on my.nabaztag.com and check 'Authorize the reception of external events', then OK. but.....
The token is not displayed, where or how can i find the token number?

For the "offline" rabbit on the nabaztag.com page, you should clear your cookies and temporary Internet Files on your browser.


You can find your Token on the "Preference" page on nabaztag.com

You have to activate your token, it's not enbale by default

I think you give a wrong serial when you register your nabaztag.
You can register your nabaztag as a new one with the good serial and an another name... Or contact violet to change the serial of your account.

I have tried clearing the cache on my computer. Logging out and logging back in. I even tried a different browser and got the same result.
