Hi.

I received my Rabbit today as a Christmas present, however, I cannot get it to connect. I have a NETGEAR DG834PN router, and a HP XP computer. The Rabbit firstly doesn't get recognised on my computer, which is a big problem! However, I used my PSP to find the Rabbit, which worked. When I try to connect to the Rabbit using my PSP, it times out after waiting so long to try to establish a connection.

The Rabbit currently has 3 blue lights, and I have unplugged, plugged, held button etc, many times. I really can't understand what is going wrong here!

Any help would be appreciated.

I got the same configuration than you and have no problems with it.

Ca you turn the security controls of your network off just to check if the rabbit doesn't have any problems? Just unplugg and plugg the rabbit without holding the button then ok? Your rabbit will connect itself on the first unsecured network it'll find.
