Hi, when I press the button on my bunnies head, it makes a sound to recognise it, the nose lights up red but then makes another sound soon after, I speak and say 'weather' but every time I do so she says she does not understand my command

Is my voice activation feature not working or am I doing something wrong?

Are you holding down the button when you speak? Only release it when you've finished talking, then it knows you've finished.

The lights on it's belly will light up as you speak, too!

Hi,

you have to subscribe the vocal alert weather service if you want your rabbit to be abble to answer to your voice. You can ask for the vocal alert when your rabbit is sleeping there is no problems.

It's the same thing with the others services.

I've got a question now: do you have to be subscribed to a radio service to activate it with the voice commands? I don't particularly want to schedule all the stations I'd like "on demand"

No, just say the name of one of the preset radio stations or just radio for listening a random one.
