Few weeks ago I sent a mail to the Nabaztag support receiving a response in a couple of hours...and this surprised me! So even if my rabbit was not able to work I felt myself supported in the configuration work, but in the last week I sent a couple of messages asking for support (it is about 20 days I'm a Nabaztag owner but it is not working yet) and I received no answer....do you know if there are problems with the Violet team?

The Violet team is fine, afaik, but always very busy... People there sometimes miss a message, do not hesitate to retry...

I am having the exact same problem, I sent my Rabbit in for repair in November 2008 (one ear no longer working)- they said they would tell me when it arrives..they never did so I emailed them again and they finally mentioned they had it.

Since then I have heard nothing after countless emails to them, is this considered theft of a product I have bought?

I also work in support but I really cant understand the lack of communication- does anyone have a contact number for Violet where I can speak to a human being?
