I am having the exact same problem, I sent my Rabbit in for repair in November 2008 (one ear no longer working)- they said they would tell me when it arrives..they never did so I emailed them again and they finally mentioned they had it.
Since then I have heard nothing after countless emails to them, is this considered theft of a product I have bought?
I also work in support but I really cant understand the lack of communication- does anyone have a contact number for Violet where I can speak to a human being?
