i'm trying to set up my nabaztag/tag, and when i get to the stage of setup where all his lights turn green, he keeps all four lights green, including a green base, rotates his ears...and then dies. turns off, goes white, totally unresponsive. the base never does turn purple. why does he keep dying? do i have a suicidal rabbit on my hands? help me make him stay alive and connected, please!

To my point of view, your rabbit might need a - physical - repair...
Have you emailed Violet official support ?

thank you for the prompt response. turns out i had him set to constantly sleep, so as soon as he powered on he'd go to sleep and not wake. he wasn't suicidal..he was narcoleptic! he works great now...i'm so glad!

Ooops. My mistake, I thought he repetitively became green then off and unresponsive, then green...
