How many days must one wait to get a reply to a support question from Violet? I raised a ticket on Saturday but have heard nothing back from them apart from the automated reply.
I bought a second hand rabbit and am desperate to get him registered to me. The previous owner says that he has notified Violet so I cannot understand why the long delay.

Can take anything up to 5 working days sometimes.
