What is your problem ?

I can no longer log into their site, old or new version. At most I get an error message when I enter my info. When I tried to register as a new bunny however they said there was already a bunny with that serial #. I've been using the same bunny all along. She's definitely me. My husband (boobunny) and I have written support (the English version of the site, since we don't speak French) repeatedly without response. I was hoping a French speaker/French Bunny might have more success with support or maybe have high end French bunny connections !

Did you try to remove the cookies of IE before log in http://my.violet.net ?

You should try to contact the french support in english... It should work....

My letters to sales, press, etc. bounced. I wondered if Violet was still in existence.

I guess i was hoping that someone knew Violet staff and could ask that they nudge support. I don't know anyone there anymore.

My bunny wants to express herself badly.
