New official server for Nabaztag:tag

Hi,

French community is very active about it, but non French-reading people might have missed it : an official public server is back online!
http://www.nabaztag.com/ For now, it only support Nabaztag:Tag (aka Nabaztag V2) and features are limited.

If you didn't tried alternative servers, all you need to do is to plug your Nabaztag and set up an account (see below).

If you played around with the advanced configuration of your Nabaztag you will need to set back the configuration :

How to connect your Nabaztag:tag to our server (only if you have connections problems or if your Nabaztag:tag is set with another server)

• Set up your rabbit in configuration mode: unplug your Nabaztag:tag, push the button on its head and hold it while you plug again your rabbit. When all the lights are blue, you can release the button.
  
• On your computer, connect to the wifi network created by your Nabaztag:tag – name should be NabaztagXX, with the two last numbers of the MAC address under your rabbit instead of XX.
  
• Go to the Configuration page at the following address: http://192.168.0.1
  
• Click on “Advanced configuration “ and check that “Firmware “ is 0.0.0.10
  
• At the bottom of the page, in “General Info”, insert in the “Violet Platform” box the following address: r.nabaztag.com/vl
  
• Click on “Update settings”. After that, your rabbit will connect to our server

When you nabaztag is connected to the server you need to create an account:

• Get the serial number of you Nabaztag (MAC address at the bottom)
  
• Make sure your Nabaztag is connected
  
• Create an account there : http://www.nabaztag.com/ (click "Register" at the top right)
  
• Click "Add Nabaztag" and enter the name and the serial of you Nabaztag (it won't work if your Nabaztag is not connected to the server).
  
• You're done!

You're right about it : English forums needs a new section dedicated to the new official server.

I am French but I felt the English forums were missing a post with the good news!

Oh I see, I though that I missed it

I see nabaznauts from Finland, Germany, UK...I hope we will bring life to this part of the forum
