Downloading problems..?

Hi, I'm new to Nabaztag and my buuny seems to have gotten stuck downloading something! He connected to the internet fine and I've registered him online, activated services etc, but this morning he looked like he had a message waiting - I pressed the button on his head and I think he started downloading something, blue lights flashing left to right.. but they never stopped!

Has anyone else had this? I just had to turn him off and on again and now I've got one green light (left), flashing orange (middle) and orange right and nose. Now everything is flashing orange... can anyone help?! Thanks!

Yeah, I did have that once, and the only thing to do is to delete all your new messages (to archive them in fact).
Is it still flashing orange ?
