My 2nd Nabaztag

Hi people,

I had to exchange my Nabaztag for a new one (my original one had a fault and couldn't connect). Now I have my new one I need to remove my old one and connect my new one. Does anybody know how I can do this?

as there was no reply to this question I will make a *BUMP*.
As reported in another thread my Rabbit (tag/tag) won't speak anymore to me. So I will have to send it back and get another one. As I want to have the SAME NAME on my new rabbit I just wanted to know in advance which steps to make when receiving the new rabbit (which will have another serial when they replace it) ...
Ask Violet to delete my present account and create a new one? Or is there a way that they simply change the serialnumber in their databases?

you have to send a mail to violet support asking them to associate your new mac number to your previous account ! if you want to keep the same nabname
