Bunny Woes - Please help

Hello everyone,

I've just received one of these delightful little chaps for Christmas (nabaztag/tag), and I'm having a few problems which I was hoping some of you here could help with?

Firstly, I set up my bunny, FuzzBucket, and went through the online process and all seemed ok. The only problem I had was that I couldn't reach the bunny's "brain" as I dont have wireless on my laptop (I use a lan connected to a wireless Netgear router and Fuzzbucket connects wirelessly to that). In any case, the purple light started flashing under his rear, (as the wireless network is fully open at the moment) and so all seemed ok.

Then I went to the site (which appears ot be down for maintenance every 10 seconds, then fine for a few minutes, then down again. I sent two text messages and Fuzz hasn't read either of them. He's just sitting there looking cheery but quiet. I then noticed that occasionally, his little purple glow is replaced by an orange one, which, having done some research, would suggest the servers are down at the nabaztag end?

He also, under "My Profile" on the site, is showing as offline, even when there is a purple light underneath him. Why is this?

How do I get him to read out the messages I've sent him? He makes some beeps and noises when I tap his little head twice, but that's about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the 'offline' bunny thing going on, Empty your cookies, cache and re-log in to my.nabaztag.com This should fix that problem.

As for the purple and then orange glow, I have a tag/tag and it is changing between the two allllllll the time. this is the server problems so it's normal.

You should get your messages once correctly logged in and while the base is purple.
