Blue bunny can't connect

Hi. I have my tag/tag setup to be connected but it just stays blue and the url http://192.168.0.1 gives me a page cannot be displayed page.

Are you trying to connect through a computer that is on a wireless (Wifi) connexion ?
If you have a firewall, try turning it off

I did both and it didn't work. I don't know what happened but the connection page came up on my computer so I was happy for a minute but it connected my husband's rabbit on his computer in another room, but not mine.

Can you tell us what is your system please (argh it's not going to be easy in english but I'm going to try )

- PC or Macintosh?
- Encryption? (WEP, WPA, MAC adress filter?)
- Routeur or do you have a box from your provider which gives you wifi network and router too?
- What is your provider?

What lights are on, where and what colors?

blue solid lights are on.

Can't acess the Nabaztag/tag at all. It shows up on router but can't connect.

Edit: Mine seems to work now.

If you have an open network you don't have to push on the button when you plug your nabz on electricity. You just have to do this if you wanna set up your rabbit (securised network for example).
