Ear language not working

My rabbit's ears no longer make the the bunny it's married to move and vice versa. The other rabbit though still lights up when you move it's ears. Also my rabbits ears don't go down when he sleeps. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in but still not working.

He sometimes doesn't move his ears during tai chi either.

Looks like I am going to have to send it back to dynamism to be repaired/replaced.
