Filed an official complaint about the lack of services

Last monday I filed a complaint with Violet.
Since the beginning of December a lot of services that already were in place don't work anymore. A lot of promises were made, but with no results whatsoever.

In an email Voilet announced the following to me:

We are taking the points you mention very seriously and are working to get the
services back to normal. The RSS feeds are now back (3 free feeds at the
moment, the full version should come up at the end of the week) and nabcasts
will follow next week.

In deed the full services are being offered until the 14th February but we
will extend this free period, so that everyone can benefit from the full
services when they work.

The nabcasts are working since 2 hours now. You have severals developpements (API) in english to feed your rabbit with radios on line.
