Serial number doesn`t work?

I tried to connect my nabaztag. He was blue at the start,I connected with the wifi, went to http://192.168.0.1/ and went to the process ( i have a router so i had to change my key). When i was done my nabaztag was talking and wiggling his ears.

I went to nabaztag.com and wanted to register myself. Then the problem: if i type my serialnumber and click Validate, nothing happens! My account has been created but i`m not connected! I tried this 3 times, but`s all the same (one time wihout the the key).


What do i need to do to register my rabbit?

Hi,

In advanced configuration page of Nabaztag/tag at the end of this page you will see MAC adress of your Rabbit. It is the same that serial number (without ":")

If you always have problem please ask Violet to see what's happen

Please, indicate your nabname, passaword, and serial number.

Thanks! But that is the problem. I fill in my name, email, nabname etc. Then the page opens where i have to fill in my serialnumber. I know it`s without MAC: and then i push the button.... Nothing! I`ve sent a mail to nabaztag but i dont think they are working in the weekend

I am having a similar problem... Well, it let me register my nabaztag/tag just fine, but I think my serial number is already in use (I bought her new, but the box was opened. Very strange).

For curiosities sake, have you tried registering in a different browser? I notice Violet renders things very differently in different browsers, so it might help?

In the meantime, I am also waiting on Violet tech support.

For each case, please, in configuration page (advanced configuration) you will see MAC address for your rabbit. This can help Violet support.

Give them also, your nabname account.
