HTTP 404 error when logging in

My rabbit is registered in the directory, and a friend has been able to send me messages, however I have not been able to log in. Whenever I try I either get an invalid password error or an HTTP 404 (website page not found) error. Any idea what I am doing wrong? My friend had no problem registering her rabbit and I want to start playing as well!

My rabbit has the blinking purple light and speaks messages sent by others, so he is hooked up.
