no sleep: its my.violet?

first post here, so, hello to all

its two day the rabbit ("SciuSciu") refuses to sleep (stay all time awake)
which isnt really fun in the middle of the night ;-)

I noticed a strange behavior: the rabbit is programmed to
sleep at 22:30, if, after this time (eg.at 22:40) I open the profile
of the rabbit in my.violet and push save again (without changing
any setting) the rabbit immediately go in sleep mode
in short seems (to me) the sleep message is sent only
if "forced" thru the site

also, I can send to sleep the rabbit thru an iPhone app
(working in 3G not WiFi) so I exclude any problem
with my wifi network

suggestions? I'm the only experiencing this problem these days?

Go on my.violet.net and programme the hours of sleep day by day.
You need the same hours from monday to friday and the same for the week-end.

no way ... tryed both in myViolet and myNabaz sites with different and same daily setup
the rabbit refuses to sleep
ill try to contact the support...

I have a similar problem since the year I own it, however it doesn't wakeup again after sleeping

I had the same issue with my rabbits. The problem was on the violet website: the time zone was different in the general preferences and the preferences of the rabbit. I hope it helps.

Go on my.nabaztag.com and on my.violet.net and give same zone time and hours to sleep in the rabbits.
After that your rabbit go to sleep and wake up without problems

Hello everybody, I've the same no sleep no/wake up problem.

The only way I can wake up or put to sleep my rabbit is accessing my account on Violet page and click on save button. My rabbit doesent seem to do it automatically....

I live in Italy so i've set Europe/Rome time. Any suggestions?

Go on my.violet.net
In settings of the rabbit put the hours of sleep and wake up
in settings of the user (up and right of the page) put the hours of each day, and put the same hours for each day !

Please check if settings are identical on both my.violet.net and my.nabaztag.com regarding sleep / wake up AND time zone.
Second point, please, choose the same sleep / wake up hours for EACH day on both site... And hope this abnormal behaviour is fixed soon...

By the way, I've notice I can't login on myNabaztag.com website using the same username/pass I chose for myViolet.net account when I registered my rabbit. A window always appears sayng "Incorrect username or password".

What should I do? Maybe create an account on myNabaztag website as well?

Ok, finally i could log in into myNabaztag.com page! Many thanx Phabbrrysse! I changed sleep and wake up settings, now they are identical on both MyViolet and My Nabaztag sites.

I really hope it will work. I will discover in a few hours when my Angel -hopefully- will go to sleep.

Here I am guys, same problem: no sleep and no wake up. I set carefully same hours and time zone on both sites but nothing is happened.

I had the same problem, but yesterday I set time zone in MYVIOLET in Europe/Paris instead of Europe/Rome and my Puppyz now is working correctly for sleep and wakeup time!

No changes in MyNabaztag, but only in MyViolet configuration..

Now my nabaztag is fully working! and i'm happy!
