Best alternate server for non-French rabbits?

Hello,
Which is the best alternate server for non-french rabbits? (I have nothing against french, it is just that my rabbit and myself don't speak the language)
By "best" I am looking for the most stable server, the one with the least downtime or other problems that makes my rabbit non-working.

As say on a previous thread, my server is mainly focused on french language, but all developments are done in english (and then translated to french).
So every plugin that is usable in english (for example, you don't mind the Parisian subway informations) could be use.

I'm also ready to had new plugins, to improve translations, and so on... I just need some informations (I'm french, so my english is far for being perfect) : where to find data, and help in translations.

It's also posible to add new languages.

I'm saying this because my server is very stable, and during the few downtimes, the rabbit (in 99% of the cases) is not rebooting, with it's orange leds blinking like a christmas tree. It just put the bottom led in red (and nothing happen if the rabbit is sleeping).
