Privacy Statement?

Can anyone find an official privacy statement on the Nabaztag website?

Specifically, I'd like to know if Violet will ever use the e-mail addresses of friends who send me messages. Someone has just complained to me that they received a French e-mail, but I'm unclear whether it was just a "message delivered" mail or a spam.

Also, their are privacy issues with the e-mail service, eg: if I use Nabaztag to monitor an e-mail account then Violet can read my e-mail. Are there any official statements saying that no humans will ever do this?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that they will not use your friends email addresses, but as the site is down at the moment I can't have a look.

Not sure about the third party emails though.

You friends will always receive a mail telling them that their message was delvered.
