2 Green Lights. HELP PLEASE!

I have spent the past 24 hours trying to set up my v2 Rabbit.

The furthest I get is 2 Green Lights.
The website asks me to send an email to support and they will send back a link to help me. What is this magic link that I need to get me started?

Any other ideas as to how to get past 2 Green lights??

I have tried With and without WEP, with and without DHCP.

Just no luck.

Please help.......

Try this, change the address at the bottom of the advanced config on the bunny to 193.149.120.33/vl

It was recommended for Apple users, I just tried it as a last resort and I think I am connected ! Bunny went purple, ears wiggled to the upright position :-) Just got to try sending a message now........

Just out of interest, which ISP are you using ?
