I have had a Tag/Tag since before Xmas and apart from the initial issues with the new platform it has worked perfectly. I've not changed anything on him or my router and I just connected to him to check all the settings and they are fine.
A few days ago he stopped connecting and can now only obtain 2 green lights (leaving 2 orange) before he resets and tries again. I know that if he stops at 2 green lights it means he can connect to the wireless network but that he can't get an IP address (using DHCP) but all my computers that are also configured for DHCP are working as expected.
This is really fustrating and I miss my Fawsley telling me the time and reminding me to take the kids to school... Please help anyone.

I've solved my problem, and feel very stupid about what the issue was. I'd re-configured my firewall and forgotten to let my little Tag/Tag access DNS information which meant it couldn't resolve the Violet servers.
In my defence though, shouldn't that mean that 3 green lights appear leaving only one orange?
