Major install issue

I received my Nabaztag on saturday morning, and despite following goodnesss knows how many help locations I've looked at, I'm still connected.

I've been doing the following:

Pressing down the button
Switching it on
Listening to the jingle, and when the lights go blue, releasing the button.

I then get 4 flashing red lights for about a second, and then the lights go blue.

My computer is linked directly to my wireless router (D-Link DSL-G604T)

In order to scan for thw Nabaztag, I've installed my D-Link DWL-G122 USB dongle, and I can scan and connect to my wireless network (Including using my PSP).

The wireless network is open, with no WEP security (I removed it just while I set up the nabaztag).

If I do a scan for the Nabaztag through windows, It's only showing my local wireless network.

I'm at a complete loss!

I'm losing my mind!

Are you sure that you are doing the good thing?

You have to unplug your rabbit, pres the button, replug the rabbit still pressing the button and then releasing it when your rabbit is blue.. Then do a scan and find your rabbit network : NabaztagXX (the XX will be the 2 last character of your MAC adress under your nabz) Then, in your navigator, type http://192.168.0.1. You'll be connected to your rabbit.

If you can, turn of your wifi network. As it, the only thing you'll be able to connect will be your rabbit.

Try this and come back to tell us what's happening ok?

I switched off my current Access Point (SSID SKEDDY) and then scanned with my PSP. It found nothing.

Followed the info you gave me about switching on my rabbit, and had the same combo of lights:

Purple (?)
Blue
4 red, flashing
4 blue

Still nothing, I can't find it when I search on my PC or using the PSP.

I've litterllary just switched it on, no button presses, and it when green, wih the left light blinking for about 30 seconds, now all 4 are blinking.

Yes, I did, I had to do several regestrations until I recognised that I was on-line and could subscrube to services.

Since then, my rabbit has dropped off the scope again, and flashes red. It's currently on it's way back to Pixmania to be replaced.

Should have my replacement by the end of next week.

Ok. Next time, create only ONE account ok? If you create severals accounts, your rabbit will not be abble to log on http://my.nabaztag.com

Yup, next time I'm going to make sure my rabbit can connect correctly before I register.

If you have your rabbit with the 4 green lights (with a tagtag), jump directly to the creation of your account, don't re-set up it ok?
