Sick Bunny - Green Bottom? No flashing, no waggling, nothing

Bonjour!
on 11 Jan, I left town for a few days and unplugged the rabbit in my absence. When I returned last evening, the rabbit would not work. I plugged and unplugged the rabbit many times. All I get is tummy lights in aqua, blue, purple, and nose light white. None of these are flashing. They light up and remain static from the second he is plugged in. The bottom of the bunny is green. Again, static.
My network connection is fine, as my other machines work perfectly well when I access that wireless network. My rabbit is NOT asleep, and was working quite well for several weeks before he got sick.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe when I unplugged him it was during the planned network maintenance and something went wrong?
Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix my bunny, as I do miss him.

Help! My Nabaztag's ears won't wiggle around any more!
Unplug your Nabaztag, Plug him back in with the button depressed: release the button only when Nabaztag has flashed a red light.
At this point, your Nabaztag should be white, with one ear turning round: let it go round full circle and press the button again.
The second ear should now turn; press once more to view a luminous animation, the press again twice.
Did both his ears turn around, in one direction then backwards ?
If yes: his ears are just fine, If not: contact the Nabaztag support team.

LOL. I have contacted the Nabaztag support team. I figure I'll hear from them in what? 3 weeks? Poor guys.
Actually, pressing in the button does nothing. I plug and unplug, with and without the button. I can't get into blue-light manual mode or anything, let alone a red light.
Sherlock just stays illuminated, no flashing, from the minute he is plugged in. And the green bottom is just odd. He doesn't respond to anything and is shown as off-line on the web site.
I wish there was a more rapid method of contacting support. My rabbit has been in this state for over 24 hours now.

I'm afraid your rabbit is dead. Sometimes, it happens. Contact the shop where you bought it and ask them to do an exchange.

Truthfully, the rabbit was a gift, and now I suppose a paperweight. An expensive paperweight. I hope I can find another solution beyond "dead." That's depressing. Especially considering the price and the trouble that goes into setting one of these bunnies up.
