| Hi, Did you tried to connect your laptop to your bunnie by creating a new wifi network connection with the name NabaztagXX, the XX = the two last characters of your MAC number? Then go on properties and select : connect me to this network when I can reach it (sorry, I don't know the exact translation in english for this sentence ) It can take a little bit time, don't worry. By the way, do your new rabbit is a tag or a tagtag? | |

| Ok it's a tagtag so you don't have to put your computer on the ad-hoc thing. What was the problem with the other rabbit? I can't remember. | |

| I had this problem & found that my rabbit would not connect at all with a "b" standard network I had to buy a "g" standard usb adaptor & use a work machine to connect in "Blue Mode" but that was because i am using an Apple Mac I am not sure if this is your problem but it might be worth checking. | |

| Your wifi network has to be on the b/g mode. Don't worry, a lot of rabbit owners are on Mac. | |

| I'm having real problems connecting my Nabaztag.
When I try to access the 192.168.0.1 Nabaztag Configuration Page, I am unable to do so. I have tried the Start->Run->Command->ipconfig /release etc. It still won't work.
However, I am able to connect to the peer-to-peer Nabaztag network, and when I switch my router off I am then able to connect to the 192.168.0.1 Nabaztag Configuration Page.
Having done this, I inputted all the information I could but was not able to scan for my wireless network as the router was switched off.
I tried to save and restart, and it worked... for about 30 seconds. Afterwards, I keep getting different responses every time - sometimes one light, sometimes two, sometimes three, sometimes none at all.
This is all the information I have about my internet connection.
I'm using a laptop which isn't directly attached to the router.
The router parameters are as follows:
Firmware Version: 3.0.1.0.5.5-GT701-WG
MAC Address: 00:0F:B3:85:A5:6E WAN Connection: Connected Mode: PPPoA IP Address: 87.80.133.19 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255 Gateway: 82.108.10.249 DNS #1: 212.135.1.36 DNS #2: 195.40.1.36 LAN IP Address: 192.168.0.1 Net Mask: 255.255.255.0 DHCP Server: on Channel 9
And here are the Wireless parameters:
Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Netw
This connection uses the following items:
Client for Microsoft Networks QoS Packet Sharer Internet protocol TCP/IP
So currently I can only access the Nabaztag configuration page via my laptop when I switch off my router.
Sorry to be such a pain - I really appreciate your help. [/i]

| Try to change the channel. Put it on 11 and report it on the set-up page of your rabbit OR report the channel 9 on the set-up page or your rabbit it you prefer to stay on this channel. But, rabbits feel better on the 11 channel.
Swich off your router is a good thing when you wanna set up your rabbit. It avoids your laptop to connect automatically to your router.

| Actually, I've already put it to Channel 11 - saying it was at 9 was a mistake. That didn't work either. | |

I've unchecked all the security settings. It's still not quite connecting, just giving a variety of different lights every time it tries to connect. I've set one up successfully in the past in the same flat and didn't have all these problems. I'm very confused.

| If you rabbit doesn't connect even your wifi network is not secured, I'm afraid that there is a real problem with the rabbit and not with your wifi network.
The rabbits are made to connect themselves to the first wifi open network that they can find. Maybe your rabbit has a problem with it's wifi card.
Did you send a mail to the support using the help page on the nabaztag website?
