Connect through VPN?

A friend who recently got a tagatg is getting internet through vpn ethernet.
She's got a wifi router to connect her laptop to the internet (using the vpn connection in windows).
The problem is the Tagtag can connect to the wifi network ok but because of the VPN it can only get 3 green lights during connection.
Any idea what to do?

In the second set-up page (click on the link below on the right of the first set-up page when you rabbit is on the "blue" mode) what do you have as Violet Plateform adress? It has to be :

r.nabaztag.com/vl or 193.149.120.33/vl

I tried both r.nabaztag.com/vl or 193.149.120.33/vl
but it didnt help, the last light doesnt turn green.
To connect to the internet, her laptop (that connects to the wifi router) needs to have a vpn connection set up to acces the web... i guess the rabbit would need that too, otherwise the only thing accessible is the internet provider's machine...
And i dont see any option to set up a vpn on the tag/tag configuration screen...
Am i right or completely off:D?
