New Rabbit

Help, I just plugged my rabbit in followed the limited english instructions and hit a block.

I cant seem to get the rabbit into configuration mode using the power and top button combo as descibed on the violet website.

My bunny is just sitting with a pink tummy and blue nose, nothing happening..

Any help in the exact format eg, power off, press the top button, reinsert power and hold for how long (my fingers getting sore after 30 minutes!)

Hi golower, welcome to the nabaztag forum...
To access to th configuration mode,
-unplug the rabbit,
-press the top button,
-reinsert power
and hold it one second later after the little music, when the rabbit is blue...
Its very short time !

The rabbit stay blue, he's waiting, u can now connect ur pc to him (it ?) with ur PC wifi card.

Thanks for the quick response, I think my rabbit must be faulty since it isnt making any noise just random light colours when i switch it on.

Perhaps he needs to go back to get fixed

No music ? the switch (near the power plug) is maybe on silencer mode ?

Because i have the first version of the rabbit, im not sure the last version have the same behavior than mine...

I think the Rabbit is Dead on arrival either through connecting the European power adapter to the UK system (maybe the wrong way) since there was no adapter in the box. Or its just a faulty one.

It didnt wake up even with the sound on...

Back to the manufacturer I think

Those lovely people at Violet are sending me a new lapin for me. Hopefully this will be ok.

Does anyone reading this from the UK have any issue with the orientation of the power supply, does it matter what way it is plugged in?

Any guidance on this would be great

Safe mate.

Don't know about people from UK but what do u mean for the power supply? how did u plug it? what could be the prob except a bad translation from 220V to 110? (u guys use 110 right?)

240v 50hz. We use a three prong pin though - dont think this will affect anything, just a random question.
