cannot connect

My french is not existant, my english somewhere between rusty and forgotten, so I have to try it in english :
My NABAZTAG:TAG cannot connect to the server
The nose keeps flashing orange the 3 spots at the bottom finally turned green

I tried : firmware seems to be actual .....10
connected with the internet, ( perhaps the rabbit does not go WPA2 ?? )
the adress of the server written : and in numbers 193.149.120.33/
I also tried this one : nabizdead.net
...and this one : 213.186.33.17/~nabizdea

So after 6 hour I am at the end, I cannot think of more solutions perhaps
because there never was a kind of users manual with the rabbit

OK, I held on to my useless Nabaztag all this time and received an email out of the blue saying he would now work again.

He does not.

Three green and an orange nose seems to be what everyone is getting. I have checked the 'FAQ" pages in French, which is futile because I speak french like an English person. Badly.

If I have Firmware ver. 0.0.0.10 and a Violet Platform of r.nabaztag.com/vl and can connect to my Nabaztag on his own network, WHY WON'T THE STUPID THING WORK????

It did work for a short while when I first got it last Christmas (2010) but now? Nothing!

I am not using DHCP but I have tried with it both as "yes" and "no" in the configuration page.
Connecting to www.nabizdead.net is fine, however I get two green lights, the third and fouth lights flash orange when trying to connect to r.nabaztag.com / vl

I have tested this on two seperate rabbits

Any advice?

And one question, r.nabaztag.com / vl, here I see "space". Are you sure that in config it's w/o "space"? r.nabaztag.com/vl

Can you show us config page screenshots? It can help to find the error in configuration.
Sometimes there's a small thing...Like HTTP Proxy "Yes"
Try to verify everything and anything.

I posted screenshot twice, but one day after all is gone again(??)
Maybe it is a DNS-Problem. What do I have to write at Gateway and DNS ?? And proxy is : no
My router AVM FritzBox has connection to the rabbit, my desktop recognizes it also correctly. The problem seems to be at the part with the server. Firewall is not the problem. I cannot think of anything else.

No screenshots. Bug maybe...

Better to leave all fields by default.

If you look around the forum some people are posting that is is r.nabaztag.com / vl while others have posted r.nabaztag.com/vl I have tried both in any case.

Enabling DHCP gives me three green and one orange

Ooops, I hope I did it. For a very, very short moment all lights turned green , then the rabbit turned its ears around and
only the light under the rabbit is now violet and I was able to hear something, that sounds like the clock

DHCP : yes
IP... 00000
local mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 0000
DNS : 00000

and the server- adress written without any spaces

And that leaves me again with new problems ... how can I change the name of mey rabbit, what else besides flashing is it able to do....

Seems your rabbit is connected!

But I know nothing about this new server. My rabbits are on alternative OJN server.

I know you need to make an account. And you can add your rabbit, ztamps and use applications...

Could you show us your screenshots somehow?
vivivi can't connect. But I'm sure I verified his config. And he can connect Nabizdead without any issue. Will be great to have a look into successful configuration
