Hi!

I connected my Nabaztag/tag again and found that there is not my account anymore available.
I made a new account with same address where I receive e-mails. I tried to re-register my rabbit but system tells me that this MAC is already registered.
How can I add my nabaztag/tag to my account? If you need to work it out over e-mail then feel free to contact me using mail of this user account.

BTW, Nabaztag/tag is connected with server and connection seems to work fine.

You can try to login with your old account. If doesn't work, I suggest you to send a PM to admin JulienC.
Better to write PM in French I suppose.

At least old Violet had international support.
And Karotz has it even now.
But not sure about this new server. It is still in beta...
