Orange lights won't go away

I've bought a spankin new nabaztag+tag (the one with a belly button)

I've tried everything to get it to connect with my router but it just won't, I can connect to it via my laptop, enter my routers details but it just won't then connect to my router, just sits with the first orange light on it's belly flashing whilst the other lights are all solid orange.

I've even wiped my router and restored it back to factory default but it just won't work.

I've read through some posts on the forum, I've set the channel to 11, tried it with and without wep, on both 64 and 128 (it seems to detect 64 as 128 though), firewall up and down but nothing seems to get it to connect to my router....

Is there not a simple way of setting it up?

In the SSID field on the set up first page, don't hesitate to type manually your SSID. Better not trust a rabbit to tell you what is your SSID name
