error message when sending music

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me. Since September when I try and send music to my friends from Nabshare or musak I get a message saying
"An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again" no matter how often I try it no longer works. I can still send text messages. I have e-mailed Violet support on several occassions since September however they have not responded. Has any one else had problems sending music and does any one know what to do about it.
