RSS Doesnt Work??

Hiya

Caqn anyone help? We have tried to set up our rabbit with RSS, but it says nothing. We have given it lots of RSS feeds, and asked for an update every 20 mins but nothing?

We have also tried an update at certain times, but still nothing.

It is the same with the news things.

Please Help!!

Can you provide an example of an RSS feed you are using (i.e. the URL)?

Also the update every 20 minutes only says something if the feed itself has been updated since then with a new additional item in the feed. Otherwise it tries again 20 minutes later and again until something's added.

The feed I am using are

I am sure I should have heard something by now on these as I have seen RSS feeds on my RSS reader.

Also It doesnt do anything when I set them to be read at a certain times.

I'm find the same thing. Just got my nabaztag a few days ago and I'll be buggered if I can get RSS feeds to work.

It'd be nice if the services webpage had a verify link just so I knew the RSS feed should work ok. As it stands I've tried 3 different RSS feeds now and my nabatztag doesn't seem to want to work with any of them.

Mine seems to work now.. It works better during the week rather than weekends. Also works best if you put it once a day instead of update continiously

I have informed the technical team about this problem. And will keep you posted. Just so you know, if you ask your Nabaztag to read you the feed every 20 minutes, if it is not updated it won't.

I have problems with the BBC RSS section. Every now and then I have to go back to my LIVE services, and remove it or change its time, otherwise the nabaztag doesn't read it out each morning

Hi All

I got my Nabaztag yesterday and have not managed to get it to read any RSS feeds or to read news sources.

I have reported this problem (and a few minor other ones) to the support email address, but have had no reply (not even an automated one).

Everything else (alarms, email notifications, messages, the weather) all seem to work.

Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry for responding late but I was on a week vacation. Now for the RSS feeds, our technical team is on it, to see what the problem is; however, you must know that if, for instance, the Nabazta(blo)g is not updated, the RSS won't announce. If you ask for it to be read every twenty minutes, if it has not been updated, the problem is the same, it won't announce anything until the next update.

Yes I understand that, but it is not working at all, even when set to read at a set time and set-up for the first time. Nothing happens!

Yes, it will, the problem being : we just acquired new servers. There was simply increasingly too many rabbits arriving for the ones we had; pretty soon this should work properly. Thanks you for your patience.
