Won't work with WPA!

This vile little creature has become the bane of my exsistance. It was given to me for christmas by a relative. While I thought it odd, I thought "Well, I'll check it out.".
So, last night... or rather yesterday, I spent a good 4+ hours attempting to get this little bastard to connect to my WiFi.

The Short Version: For whatever reason, it won't work when my network is on WPA. I changed it to WEP (eww), and it did. But then my laptop wouldn't.

Something like this should not be so ridiculously difficult. I've set up countless wi fi things multiple times. Does ANYONE know why in the hell it won't work on WPA? Or for that matter, what may be wrong with my laptop?

The rabbit is a tag/tag, and I use a Linksys router. Yes, the firmware is updated, ect.

Please help. *sigh*

Just tell us if changing the wpa makes you rabbit connected ok?

I have a similar problem. I took my rabbit to my dads house to test it and it works on his wep but not on my wpa.

someone suggested i change my pass to just letters instead of letters and numbers. what is the deal with it all, i am very newbie when it comes to these things, that what technicians are for...

WPA is a WiFi security standard (WiFi Protected Access) and TKIP, AES... are the key generation methods used. The Nabaztag recognize the WPA standard, but does not managed all the key methods.
In order to connect your rabbit, you have to set up a encryption standard (Wep or WPA) and a key generator that suits the rabbit. These options are avaliable in your router configuration pages.
