3 Purple Lights

In short - the 3 lights along the bottom are flashing purple all the time (after a perfectly fine setup btw) and I was wondering if this is normal?

The base colour also fades purple on and off

Do you have the mail services? The three purple lights tell you that you got no messages in your mailbox. You can choose not to have the light alert for your mail.

If the bottom of your nabz is flashing slowly purple, it's mean that your nabz is in perfect health (a little bit like the dampn nose for a dog....)
