Newly set up rabbit not responding to messages

Hi there,
I am new to nabaztag but have successfully setup and registered my bunny (I think). However I have 5 unread messages. My bunny has 3 blue lights, not flashing, but he is not receiving the messages.
I have read nearly all the documentation on the website but I cannot find any relevant pointers.
Please tell me someone has some ideas as to how I can get my messsages.

Did you try to send you a message? Did it play it?

Hi oopsue! are you still having problems with your bunny? just to be clear, the three blue lights are just staying on without flashing? is the nose light on as well? nabaztag normally doesn't hold one color light steadily without flashing except when in "ad-hoc" mode or what we call "all blue mode". you said you connected him and everything is set up? did all of his green lights come on indicating that he is in fact connected to the internet? if not, you may still not have made this connection yet and that would be why you aren't receiving your messages even though you see unread messages on your account on the website. let me know if you need help with this.
