| I expect to receive my bunny by early next week, I've ordered it from Firebox who will be getting it in stock tomorrow so by the time it gets shipped...
I'll mainly be using it at home, but occasionally, I'd like to take it to work for a laugh. I'm aware there is no wireless network in the office, but I'll create one using an Apple Airport Express.
So my question is - how easy can settings be changed for one bunny to be used in two different locations? Is it a painful process or can it be done quite swiftly?

| hey dere canadian girl! setting up your Nabaztag in different locations can either be very simple or it can get complicated, it all really depends on the type of security encryption you have at the 2 locations. Unfortunately, Nabaztag can only remember the parameters for one secure wireless network. Therefore, each time you shift him from spot to spot, you need to reconfigure him. this may take a little time the first time but if you keep each network name and security key written down somewhere and get used to the manual configuration process, it could be done swiftly, although I wouldn't recommend doing it everyday. One way that would make it easier is if, at your office, you can create an a wireless network that is not secured (that doesn't require a password). That way, Nabaztag can just pick up the signal automatically without having to be configured. I hope this helps, and welcome to the Rabbit community! | |

That makes total sense, but when I switched unsecured networks and when I switched back we (as in my boyfriend) still had to hand configure to find a signal. Enjoy your bunny, Rebecca

| is this the nabaztag/tag?

hopefully it'll come by Friday.

| Can't afford to have an unsecured network in either location (would probably get fired for doing that at work!) so I'll hope the tag/tag allows for pre-set multiple networks, otherwise manual method it is!
I'll probably leave it in one location or another for periods of a week or so...

| Hi,
You'll have to reconfigure your tagtag each time. It's only supporting one netword.
