Nabaztag services for free ... 14 days to go

Hi rabbit-owners,

I am just thinking about the days to go until Valentine's day. I got my tag/tag 2 days before christmas, had to return my 1st rabbit because he was not able to talk anymore and got my 2nd bunny finally on Jan 8th. Since that point, the only really working services are

1) talking clock
2) Nabazmoods
3) Tai-Chi

I bought this rabbit because there were information of voice-input, RFID tags, ... all he does now are the above mentioned services!?

I have big troubles with email:

and after Valentine's day I will have to PAY for these - not working - services? I sent several bug reports to violet but until now only got ONE reply telling me that I am only one with this problem ...

What are your opinions to these points?
VIOLET! Can you please make a statement to the above mentioned facts?

I love my bunny and she's old school (V1)
so she mustly does what she's billed as doing,
but some services are still down.
For V2 bunnies especially,
I agree it needs to be better addressed.
