Bunny is connected & working but I can't see him on my account.

I got my Nabaztag connected to the new server, purple bottom light flashing.
But when I logged in again my account lists no bunnies,
when I try to add his MAC address in again

"Le Nabaztag Ne semble pas connecte" (tr: "The Nabaztag Does not seem to connect")

I tried to start afresh with a new account with a different email but got the same message.

Is there any way to "deregister" him and start again - or delete my account and start again - or fix it

If no typo in MAC, you need to write to admin. I think there's an option on nabaztag.com

EDIT: What do you have in Violet Platform field?

as per instructions.

He is connected + purple flashing bottom, doing tai chi etc..
The problem is that I had access to his control panel for one login session,
but now he seems to be not "listed" on my Nabalive home page although he is connected.

I'm wondering about abandoning Nabalive and trying OpenNabJab
- but I can't find out what to put into the Violet Platform field to connect to their server.
Does OpenNabJab work for anyone here?

Sadly there is no support email address on Nabaztag.com,
there is a link saying "Support", but that takes you to the main french-speaking area of this forum.

I have heard that some people have contacted somebody called JulienC, but I cannot find an email,
and his account on this forum seems not to list a PM option.

Well my bunny is now Connected to OpenNabJab and I can control him.
That was really easy except for the bit where they do not list the server.

It is funny that all of us international users have no support even though we paid a lot of money for these things!
I will not buy a Karotz!!!
