all RED lights?

I think my new rabbit has a problem and will have to be exchanged.

2 days in a row I have come home from work and the violet light on the bottom is stuck on and not pulsing, when I unplug him and plug him back in he is fine.

Now this evening I am watching him and all 3 tummy lights and the nose light blink red at the same time. then after a few minutes the violet light under him starts blinking again.

Any help on decoding what the red lights mean would be great!

Since it won't stay running and has been locked up the previous two days when I got home, it clearly has other things wrong, so an exchange will be needed.
