how do I change the plug adapters?

Ok so the little peice of paper says to push the button and push it out, but this doesnt work. I have tried everything, I pushed the button tried to slide it, push it, pull it and everything else. I dont know if i have a defective ac adapter or what, I need to change it to the correct plug socket that fits my wall. Anyone have any problems like this or have a solution? Thanks

any ideas? I need to change the plug prongs but it wont slide out.

Do you have a picture? Is this hte adaptor that plugs into the mains socket or the plug that goes into the bunny? I'm assuming it is the one into the wall. Sometimes they slide at 90 degrees to the prongs

Dean, I dont have a pic. It came with a little sheet of paper with 4 pictures of how to install and uninstall the diffrent prong sizes. I have tried to slide it, pull it, etc. I have tried everything I can think of, did you ever change your prong. Im talking about the metal prongs that go in in the plug socket, you know they come with a few diffrent peices so you can fit your wall.

I finally got it out, after pull hard as I could for like 2 hours,lol. Thanks for the help though.
