You have to delete the Nabaztag.com cookie in your browser. I've had this problem several times now, and it is infuriating.
I wonder how many less technical users can't access their settings at all because of this bug in their website code?

I've deleted the cookie, but it still just hangs. Waited until today and tried my computer at work. Used Opera, Firefox and Safari none of them load so I am guessing it might be a problem with their server and my logon! I've emailed them I'll let you know what happens.
